Marketing Professional
I’m a San Diego based integrated marketing professional who loves bringing brands to life in ways that feel thoughtful, engaging, and community driven.
My background blends digital marketing and real world experience, from building multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic social, email, SMS, and CRM to planning and executing events, brand activations, and partnerships within the wellness space. I’ve worked across the full campaign lifecycle, from concept and storytelling through execution and performance, and thrive in the details that make everything run seamlessly.
I’m especially passionate about creating moments that connect with people, whether through a well timed campaign or an in person experience. Outside of work, you can usually find me teaching yoga, skiing, or spending time outdoors, which is where I draw a lot of my inspiration for the work I do.
At my core, I’m organized, proactive, and a clear communicator who loves turning ideas into impactful, well executed experiences.

Yoga Instructor
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Uvita, Costa Rica, where I deepened my understanding of mindful movement and the power of intentional breath.
My teaching style is grounded, approachable, and supportive, with an emphasis on helping students feel more connected, balanced, and at ease - both on and off the mat.
I enjoy teaching restorative, vinyasa flow, and power classes, offering space for both gentle restoration and dynamic, energizing movement.
